1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the moneyphp website, mobile application, and all associated gaming services (collectively, the "Platform"). By registering an account, making a deposit, or otherwise using the moneyphp Platform, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full and agree to be legally bound by them.

moneyphp reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following the posting of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. 2. Eligibility and Account Registration

To register and use moneyphp, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 21 years of age, as required under applicable Philippine gaming regulations.
• You must be physically located in a jurisdiction where online gaming is not prohibited by law.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, or immediate family member of an employee of moneyphp or any of its affiliated entities.
• You must not have been previously excluded or banned from the moneyphp Platform or any affiliated gaming service.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during the registration process.

moneyphp reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, including but not limited to a government-issued ID (e.g., Philippine passport, SSS ID, PhilHealth ID, driver's license), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals pending investigation.

Each individual may register only one (1) account on the moneyphp Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether using different names, email addresses, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and will result in the permanent closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances therein.

3. Account Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your moneyphp account. Specifically, you agree to:

• Maintain the confidentiality of your username and password at all times.
• Not share your account credentials with any third party.
• Notify moneyphp support immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
• Ensure that all personal information associated with your account remains accurate and up to date.
• Not allow any other person to use your account to place bets or access the Platform.

moneyphp will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with these account security obligations. Any activity conducted through your account — whether authorized by you or not — will be deemed to have been conducted by you, and you will be held responsible accordingly, unless you have notified moneyphp of unauthorized access in a timely manner.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payments

All financial transactions on the moneyphp Platform are conducted in Philippine Pesos (₱ / PHP). moneyphp supports the following payment channels:

• E-Wallets: GCash, PayMaya
• Bank Transfer: BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and other participating Philippine banks

Deposits are generally credited to your moneyphp account instantly or within a few minutes, subject to the processing times of your chosen payment provider. moneyphp does not charge fees on standard deposits; however, your payment provider may impose their own transaction fees.

Withdrawal requests are processed within the timeframes specified in the moneyphp Payments Policy, which forms part of these Terms by reference. moneyphp reserves the right to conduct identity and source-of-funds verification before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawals will only be made to payment methods previously used to fund the account, or to verified accounts in the player's name.

moneyphp reserves the right to void any transaction that is found to be the result of a technical error, system malfunction, or fraudulent activity. In such cases, affected balances may be adjusted accordingly, and moneyphp will notify the affected player.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

moneyphp may offer bonuses, free bets, cashback, and other promotional incentives from time to time. All such offers are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms communicated at the time of the offer:

• Bonuses are available to eligible players only and may be subject to geographic, game-type, or account-status restrictions.
• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements that must be fulfilled before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated in the specific promotion terms.
• Bonuses must be used within the validity period specified. Expired bonuses will be automatically removed from the account.
• moneyphp reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Bonus abuse — including but not limited to the use of multiple accounts, coordinated betting strategies designed to exploit bonus terms, or the use of third-party software to gain an unfair advantage — will result in the forfeiture of all bonuses and associated winnings, and may result in permanent account closure.

6. Game Rules and Fair Play

All games available on the moneyphp Platform — including slots, live dealer games, bingo, and sports betting — are governed by individual game rules, which are accessible within each game interface. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and specific game rules, the specific game rules shall prevail with respect to that game.

moneyphp uses certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology for all applicable games. Our RNG systems are independently audited to ensure fairness and unpredictability of outcomes. Live dealer games are conducted in real time by trained dealers and are subject to additional operational rules.

In the event of a technical malfunction during a game session — including server errors, disconnections, or software failures — moneyphp reserves the right to void the affected round and return the wagered amount to the player's account. moneyphp's decision in such matters is final.

7. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the moneyphp Platform. Engaging in any of these activities will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may be reported to relevant Philippine authorities:

• Using the Platform for any unlawful purpose, including money laundering or fraud.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or verification.
• Attempting to hack, reverse-engineer, or otherwise interfere with the Platform's software or infrastructure.
• Using automated software, bots, or scripts to interact with the Platform.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Engaging in chargebacks or payment disputes in bad faith.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited.
• Allowing a minor (under 21 years of age) to access or use your moneyphp account.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the moneyphp Platform — including but not limited to the moneyphp brand name, logo, website design, game graphics, software, text, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of moneyphp or its licensors and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content from the moneyphp Platform without prior written consent from moneyphp.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, moneyphp and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings due to technical errors or system malfunctions.
• Unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security.
• Interruptions to Platform availability due to maintenance, technical issues, or force majeure events.
• Decisions made by moneyphp in the exercise of its rights under these Terms.

moneyphp's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your moneyphp account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

10. Responsible Gaming

moneyphp is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices. We provide the following tools to help players manage their gaming activity:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps directly from your account dashboard.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
